Victoria Quirino (born Victoria Syquia Quirino 1931–November 29, 2006) was the eldest daughter of Philippine President Elpidio Quirino. Since her father, the President, was a widower, she fulfilled on the role of First Lady of the Philippines. She is also the youngest first lady of the country at age 16.

Following tradition, she also got involved in socio-civic activities. She was the second presidential daughter to have a debut in the presidential palace, and made history as the first daughter of a president to get married in Malacañang Palace when she married her first husband, Luis "Chito" Gonzales.

In 1986, she campaigned, with other presidential daughters, for foreign governments to withdraw recognition from the regime of President Ferdinand E. Marcos. She was also prominent in gatherings against President Joseph Ejercito Estrada.
